Your room will be available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. On departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is available on request (€50.00 per person).
Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation. Up to 21 days: 30%. Up to 14 days: 50%. Up to 7 days: 70%. No-show or early departure: 90%. Unused services will not be refunded.
The wellness area is open daily from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Massages and body treatments can be booked at the reception.
Well-behaved pets are welcome upon request. Pets under 10 kg: €20 per day, over 10 kg: €35 per day. Please note that pets are not allowed in the breakfast room and wellness area.
Children aged 0 to 2.99 years stay free of charge. From 3 to 6.99 years: 70% discount. From 7 to 11.99 years: 50% discount. From 12 years and additional adults: 30% discount. Discounts apply with 2 full-paying adults.
Cash payments are accepted up to €4,999.99. We accept debit cards and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
The local tax is €3.50 per person per day (children under 14 excluded). This is not included in the total price and is payable on site.
